Accepted payment methods

Floristeriacaminoderosas currently accepts:

Mastercard

Other payment methods may be displayed at checkout if available.

Currency and Taxes

All prices are displayed in Euros (€). Product prices include applicable VAT, unless clearly stated otherwise.

Shipping costs, if any, are displayed at checkout before the customer confirms the order.

Shipping costs at checkout
Orders €120 and over: free standard shipping.
Orders under €120: flat rate of €15 for standard shipping.
Payment Authorization and Capture

When an order is placed, the payment method may be authorized or charged for the full order amount depending on the payment process used by the payment provider.

An order may still be subject to acceptance, stock availability, payment verification, address verification, and fraud prevention checks. If an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled after payment has been captured, the amount paid for the unavailable or canceled order will be refunded.

Payment Security

Payments are processed through third-party payment systems. Floristeriacaminoderosas does not store full card numbers on its own website systems.

Fraud Prevention

Floristeriacaminoderosas may reject, cancel, or hold an order if there is a reasonable concern about unauthorized payment use, incorrect billing information, suspected fraud, or other security issues.

If an order is canceled for these reasons after payment has been captured, the paid amount will be refunded using the original payment method whenever possible.

Customers must provide accurate billing and contact information. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay or prevent order processing.
